“Stay with your passion, and eventually it will reveal itself”
Susie’s love for the transitionary nature of Budokon Yoga, the discipline required for mastery through repetition, and the graceful strength that results, is what drives her to both practise and share her love of Budokon through teaching today.
An Ashtanga practitioner since 2002, Susie discovered Budokon Yoga in 2018 in Cape Town, her home city, and knew in her bones that she was going to teach this dynamic, graceful form of yoga one day. Moving to England at the start of 2020 became the realisation of her passion and opportunity to bring Budokon to Devon.
